The area is free to explore on foot, though expect crowds during peak summer months. Stay for sunset when the golden light hits the historic bridges—it's magical and costs nothing.
Wine Cellars and River Experiences
A visit to Porto isn't complete without experiencing Port wine. Cross the iconic Dom Luís II bridge (free to walk across) to Vila Nova de Gaia, where traditional wine lodges line the riverbank.
